Welcome to Budapest. Once you’ve settled in, start by exploring the 5th district’s narrow streets—lively, layered, and full of surprises. Grab a bite at Galamb, then take a quiet pause in Károlyi Garden. If there’s time, stop by TAKO before heading to Cabrio. Sit outside, order a drink, and let the city sink in.

Pop into Pauza or Souvenir and Coffee for a bit of browsing, then head to one of Budapest’s green corners—Margitsziget or Városliget are both worth the detour.

As the night sets in, walk across the Chain Bridge and through Várkert Bazár. On your way up to Citadella or Filozófusok Kertje, stop at Füge for a cold beer or soft drink. The perfect pause before taking in the sweeping views of the city.
